Question
May God welcome you my beloved Mawla,
And May God reward you with good.
I ask God that He increase you [in goodness] by His favor and to be generous to us through His kindness while you deliver His concealed knowledge.
It is known and proven from what you explained that abiogenesis, advancement, and evolution is the correct way to explain the origin of life and its development on this earth, which is proven through evidence and scientific proof. It is known that evolution, which living creatures have experienced, led to their differentiation into male or female. This greatly assisted a fundamental principle in the process of evolution: that of the transfer of genes generation after generation leading to the emergence of characteristics suitable for survival.
This is what happens to humans, from a biological standpoint.
Most importantly, the factor which determines gender biologically is the existence of chromosomes. Does the soul’s influence overcome the biological aspect? For example, suppose there was a male soul within the biological body of a female, is that possible?
There are many other questions.

The souls are distinct from one another, but this distinction is different than sexual distinction, which originated from biological evolution on this earth. There is a male and female soul, but it is not based on the definition of sexuality. Rather, it is based on what corresponds with the World of Souls.*
Enjoyment and happiness that the souls achieve when they are close to one another is far greater than sexual enjoyment or any other enjoyment and happiness fulfilled in this world due to intimacy between the male and female. Therefore, this distinction of souls is important, because it is the reason behind the happiness of the human within other worlds. Even within this world, it is possible to feel some traces of it.
It is possible to imagine this difference to a certain degree by understanding the tremendous difference between the enjoyment and happiness of the two spouses when they are connected through a sexual relationship, and a relationship with family and children, and the enjoyment and happiness between two spouses that are connected with [just] emotions and love.
*The World of Souls (The World of Al-Tharr) is the world where souls were tested before coming to the physical world.
